Paweł has a degree in political science and has multi-sector experience in the finance industry and logistics. He is a permanent resident and has been living in the Solomon Islands for nine years. Before Solomon Islands Paweł had worked as a business development manager for a leading German logistics company.

Andrew has extensive IPO experience having worked on a range of successful floats in Australia. His experience spans over 15 years on a variety of multi- commodity projects throughout Australasia and West Africa. From early stage exploration to advanced pre-development operations. A real hands on experience in mining and exploration sectors.
